devops engineer

We are looking for DevOps Engineers to support the scaling of our cloud-native SaaS platform. In this role, you will design, secure, and automate the infrastructure that powers our products, while maintaining reliable CI/CD pipelines and ensuring smooth, secure operations across environments. Working closely with engineering teams, you will help drive high availability, business continuity, and modern practices. This position is ideal for professionals eager to enhance platform reliability and contribute to the evolution of a modern cloud architecture.

The Role

• Infrastructure as Code: Design and manage Azure environments using Terraform.

• Orchestration: Operate AKS/Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, and Kustomize.

• CI/CD & GitOps: Evolve pipelines using Azure DevOps and ArgoCD.

• Observability: Implement full-stack monitoring (OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Jaeger).

• Security & Delivery: Enforce security best practices and support progressive delivery (Blue/Green, Canary).

• Automation: Build custom tooling and operators using Golang and scripting.

What You Bring

• Experience: Mid (3+ years) or Senior (5+ years) background in DevOps/SRE.

• Cloud Mastery: Deep experience with Azure (AKS, Application Gateway, Key Vault).

• Technical Depth: Expert-level Kubernetes and Terraform skills.

• Systems Logic: Strong grasp of networking, cloud security, and distributed tracing.

• Communication: Clear verbal/written English and a collaborative mindset.

• Bonus: Spark on K8s, FinTech/regulated environment experience, or Azure cost optimization.
