Τι θα κάνεις
- Εκδίδεις τιμολόγια πωλήσεων και αποδείξεις είσπραξης, ενημερώνοντας παράλληλα τα Συστήματα CRM και APPROVAL.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι και παρακολουθείς τους εισπρακτέους λογαριασμούς, τα ανεξόφλητα υπόλοιπα και τις εισπράξεις.
- Πραγματοποιείς τακτικές συμφωνίες λογαριασμών πελατών.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι τους παρακρατούμενους φόρους και προετοιμάζεις τη σχετική τεκμηρίωση.
- Συμπληρώνεις και υποβάλλεις έντυπα παρακρατούμενων φόρων και ΑΠΔ.
- Επικοινωνείς με πελάτες για λογιστικά θέματα και θέματα πληρωμών.
- Καταχωρίζεις καθημερινά λογιστικές εγγραφές στα λογιστικά συστήματα.
- Καταχωρίζεις και επαληθεύεις παραστατικά σε αρχεία διπλογραφικής λογιστικής.
- Χρησιμοποιείς την πλατφόρμα myDATA για ορθή ταξινόμηση παραστατικών και συμμόρφωση.
- Τηρείς την αρχειοθέτηση και ταξινόμηση οικονομικών και λογιστικών εγγράφων.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 2+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Διπλογραφική λογιστική και λογιστικές εγγραφές
- Διαχείριση εισπρακτέων λογαριασμών και συμφωνίες λογαριασμών
- Τιμολόγηση και λογιστικά προγράμματα
- Διαδικασίες παρακρατούμενων φόρων και ΑΠΔ
- Πλατφόρμα myDATA, ταξινόμηση παραστατικών και συμμόρφωση
- MS Excel και αρχειοθέτηση και ταξινόμηση οικονομικών εγγράφων
- Λογιστική / Χρηματοοικονομικά / Οποιοδήποτε Πεδίο
