The Culture Manager has the overall strategic and operative responsibility for the yearly Culture Events program & local Opinion Leaders. Translating the global culture marketing strategy into a national strategy and creating a locally relevant and innovative program are the key task. He/she contributes with his/her work to the overall national marketing and business goals in-line with the set international culture marketing strategy. Additionally, he/she develops new concepts and ideas, evaluates the effectiveness and impact of our existing programs and aligns closely with our media business entities. Furthermore, you must also align with the communications, sales and brand teams to ensure clarity of message and clear communication of all activities carried out both pre-, during and post-event. You´ll seek out and maximize the potential that Red Bull own projects provide for the wider business in close alignment with the rest of stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • STRATEGIC PLANNING

    • Establish and run long-term culture, dance and music platforms as stand-alone or part of a global initiative.

    • Contribute to Red Bull's worldwide success due to innovation and unique content.

    • Translate the International Culture Strategy into Red Bull event programmes and concepts relevant in the country.

    • Contribute reaching all national marketing and sales targets.

  • EVENT MANAGEMENT

    • Create, plan, execute from A to Z and with high sense of professionalism the dance, music or art events.

    • Leverage international concepts or craft from scratch new ones, locally relevant.

    • Propose, secure event venues and align with local authorities and legal department for proceeding with the events organization.

    • Identifies Best Practice examples and develops case studies in combination with Red Bull International for the field.

  • BUILD NETWORKING

    • Manage partnerships and sponsorships negotiations.

    • Negotiate and secure relevant music rights to ensure all created content can be sufficiently utilized via our media business.

    • Evaluating the results and outcome/impact of all activities

  • EXECUTE BRAND STRATEGIES

    • Ensure efficient logistic and event tools handling.

    • Generate an efficient 3rd party events program.

    • Secure quality Control and Return on Investment.

    • Documenting all activities in comprehensive way and create case studies where applicable.

    • Deliver culture, dance and music projects and platforms where adequate.

  • PRODUCT AND BRAND COMMUNICATION

    • Ensure a qualitative approach of all opinion leader activities working closely with partners, artists, dancers and internally with the total Marketing team.

    • Contribute to Red Bull's worldwide success due to innovation and unique content.

    • Take care of an optimum usage of the Red Bull product in focused cultured playgrounds by Opinion Leaders and secure a perfect communication about the brand and the product.

    • Work closely with On Premise, Communications and Brand department in constant alignment on all key measurements and activities.

  • BUDGETING

    • Propose during business planning circle the plan along with the budget estimation.

    • Handle throughout the year the Culture marketing budget being within the agreed lines.

EXPERIENCE

Your areas of knowledge and expertise

that matter most for this role:

  • Entrepreneurial spirit with out of the box thinking.

  • Interested and open to different cultural playgrounds. Creative and innovative mind set, open for new things.

  • Working experience over 5 years, ideally in a music/dance/culture related environment, allowing a vast understanding of the culture landscape.

  • Experience in dealing with artists and related entities (labels, management, etc.)

  • Strong management skills, working with a team of specialists, leading external agencies/freelances.

  • Well-connected in different culture scenes and environments – good networker.

  • Clear understanding of global entertainment, music and culture industry, as well as a firm understanding of the youth culture market and scenes in the country.

  • EDV (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
