- Υποστηρίζεις τη λειτουργία της διαδικασίας powder coating σε μεταλλικά αντικείμενα
- Εξασφαλίζεις την τήρηση των επιχειρησιακών διαδικασιών και εντοπίζεις βελτιώσεις σε θέματα ασφάλειας, ποιότητας και αποτελεσματικότητας
- Παρέχεις καθημερινό συντονισμό, καθοδήγηση και κατευθύνσεις στο προσωπικό της βαφής και υποστηρίζεις την εκπαίδευση και ανάπτυξή τους
- Παρακολουθείς τη διαδικασία χημικής προεπεξεργασίας και εξασφαλίζεις τη σωστή διαχείριση υλικών και διαλυμάτων
- Επιβλέπεις την προετοιμασία και αναπλήρωση διαλυμάτων σύμφωνα με τις καθιερωμένες διαδικασίες
- Υποστηρίζεις τον σχεδιασμό πόρων και κατανέμεις αποτελεσματικά το προσωπικό και τα υλικά
- Εξασφαλίζεις την εκτέλεση εργασιών σύμφωνα με τις πολιτικές και διαδικασίες ποιότητας, περιβάλλοντος, ασφάλειας και πληροφορικής
- Διατηρείς υψηλά πρότυπα εργασίας και εξασφαλίζεις την τήρηση των λειτουργικών προτύπων από την ομάδα βαφής
- Υποστηρίζεις τον υπεύθυνο βαφής στη διαχείριση και βελτίωση των λειτουργιών βαφής καθημερινά
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 5+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Leadership και διαχείριση ανθρώπινου δυναμικού για πολυβάρδιμη ομάδα
- Διαδικασία powder coating και διαδικασία χημικής προεπεξεργασίας
- Οργανωτικές, αναλυτικές και δεξιότητες επίλυσης προβλημάτων
- Διαχείριση έργων και συνεργασία μεταξύ τμημάτων
- Advanced English και γνώση MS Office και ERP systems
- Σχεδιασμός πόρων και διαχείριση υλικών
- Τήρηση διαδικασιών ασφάλειας και ποιοτικού ελέγχου
- Χημική Μηχανική / Επιστήμη Υλικών / Μηχανολογία / Σχετικό Τεχνικό Πεδίο
