- Εποπτεύεις τους Team Leaders και τους χειριστές μηχανών για την παραγωγή σύμφωνα με τις προδιαγραφές σχεδίασης
- Οργανώνεις και παρακολουθείς το πρόγραμμα βάρδιας και παρέχεις τεχνική υποστήριξη στους Team Leaders
- Συντονίζεις με τους προϊσταμένους άλλων τμημάτων για την επίλυση προβλημάτων ροής παραγωγής
- Αξιολογείς την απόδοση των υπευθύνων υπαλλήλων
- Πραγματοποιείς μελέτες χρόνου και ανάλυση κόστους για τη βελτιστοποίηση διαδικασιών
- Διασφαλίζεις ότι τα έγγραφα παραγωγής είναι ακριβή, ενημερωμένα και κατανοητά από την ομάδα
- Διαχειρίζεσαι τις ανάγκες εξοπλισμού και παρακολουθείς τη συντήρηση και τις επισκευές
- Επιλύεις προβλήματα που προκύπτουν κατά τη διαδικασία παραγωγής
- Εκπαιδεύεις νέους υπαλλήλους και υποστηρίζεις τη βελτίωση της διαρρύθμισης εγκαταστάσεων και τη βελτιστοποίηση ροής εργασιών
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 3+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Μηχανολογική Μηχανική
- Εμπειρία σε περιβάλλον παραγωγής
- Εξοπλισμός επεξεργασίας ελασματοειδούς μετάλλου και στερεών μερών
- Αγγλική γλώσσα
- MS Office
