- Εποπτεύεις επικεφαλής βάρδιας και χειριστές μηχανουργείου για παραγωγή βάσει προδιαγραφών.
- Οργανώνεις και παρακολουθείς το πρόγραμμα βάρδιας και παρέχεις τεχνική υποστήριξη στους επικεφαλής.
- Συντονίζεσαι με άλλα τμήματα για την επίλυση προβλημάτων ροής παραγωγής.
- Αξιολογείς την απόδοση των υφισταμένων.
- Εκπονείς μελέτες χρόνου και αναλύσεις κόστους για βελτιστοποίηση διαδικασιών.
- Διασφαλίζεις την ακρίβεια και επικαιροποίηση σχεδίων παραγωγής, BOMs και εντολών παραγωγής.
- Αντιμετωπίζεις ανάγκες εξοπλισμού και παρακολουθείς εργασίες συντήρησης ή επισκευής.
- Εντοπίζεις και επιλύεις προβλήματα παραγωγής κατά τη διαδικασία.
- Εκπαιδεύεις νέους εργαζομένους και υποστηρίζεις βελτιώσεις διάταξης εγκαταστάσεων και ροής εργασιών.

- 3+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Μηχανολογικός σχεδιασμός και σχέδια παραγωγής
- Παραγωγή και λειτουργία μηχανουργείου
- Εξοπλισμός επεξεργασίας λαμαρίνας και συμπαγών εξαρτημάτων
- Εντολές παραγωγής, BOMs και μελέτες χρόνου
- Ανάλυση κόστους, αντιμετώπιση προβλημάτων παραγωγής και βελτιστοποίηση ροής εργασιών
- Αγγλικά, Microsoft Office και εργασία σε κυλιόμενες βάρδιες
