The ideal candidate is a technical visionary who enjoys the challenge of decomposing complex tender requirements into comprehensive, high-level architectures and implementation roadmaps.
Key Responsibilities
Architectural Leadership: Lead the design and synthesis of full-stack architectures for complex ICT tenders and enterprise systems
Technology Consultancy: Act as the primary advisor for software selection, prioritizing Open Source frameworks and modern tech stacks
Proposal Synthesis: Transform business requirements into technical documentation, narratives, and conceptual blueprints for high-stakes proposals
Technical Strategy: Define the implementation methodology, microservices orchestration, and system integration patterns for winning bids
Ecosystem Collaboration: Engage with strategic partners and technology vendors to integrate third-party solutions into the overall system architecture
Visionary Presentation: Craft technical narratives and high-level demos that communicate the value and feasibility of the proposed solution
EU & International Scope: Shape technical responses for international tenders and EU-funded programs, ensuring alignment with modern European standards
Required Qualifications

2–6 years of experience in Solution Architecture, Senior Software Engineering, or Technical Consulting
Architectural Fluency: Solid understanding of enterprise software design patterns, APIs, and modern system integration
Cloud & Virtualization: Knowledge of cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, OCI) and virtualization platforms (VMware, KVM, OpenShift) is highly valued
Analytical Mindset: Ability to dissect complex tender documents and translate them into structured technical solutions
Communication: Excellent command of English and Greek, with a knack for technical writing
Nice to Have
Open Source Creativity: Creativity in leveraging Open Source software for solution documentation and the execution of R&D activities will be considered a significant asset
Public Sector Expertise: Experience with large-scale ICT tenders or digital transformation frameworks
International Exposure: Familiarity with EU-funded programs (e.g., Horizon Europe, Digital Europe) or EU agency tenders
Enterprise Awareness: Exposure to platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, IBM, SAP) and how they coexist with custom software
Innovation Areas: Experience or interest in AI integration, Big Data architectures, or Cybersecurity-by-design
What We Offer
High-Impact Projects: Direct involvement in the largest digital transformation initiatives in Greece and the EU
Architectural Freedom: Significant influence on technology selection and architectural direction for new projects
Elite Collaboration: Work alongside top-tier architects and project managers in a high-intellect environment
Growth & Mentorship: Continuous exposure to the latest enterprise technologies and international ICT trends
Competitive Package: A compensation and benefits scheme that reflects the seniority and strategic value of the role
