We are currently looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our Team! As a Senior Business Analyst, you are expected to undertake the following 

Responsibilities: 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions tailored to our client's needs

• Create a clear and concise documentation of the business requirements and assess their feasibility and completeness

• Translate the business requirements to functional specifications  

• Work with the technical delivery teams to explain the functional requirements, understand technical difficulties and gaps and refine the proposed solution to compromise between business value and technical feasibility

• Design user stories, workflows, and functional specifications, ensuring that they align with business objectives

• Assess proposed solutions to ensure they meet business needs and align with requirements

• Participate in the testing process to validate that solutions meet the specified requirements

• Participate in project planning and monitoring progress against the project plan

Required skills: 

• MSc or BSc degree in Information Technology (IT), computer science, software engineering, or related fields

• Minimum of 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in preferably large IT projects with strong usage of open-source frameworks, software, and tools  

• Experience with all aspects of the system implementation process of system design, configuration, customization, integration, testing, and support 

• Excellent problem-solving and abstract thinking skills, with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable parts 

• Experience with communicating requirements in writing and using technical design means (such as architecture diagrams, use case and activity diagrams, data/information flows, sequence diagrams, and system component diagrams) 

• Excellent client facing and negotiation skills 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English 

Desired skills: 

• Experience in Public Sector will be considered as a plus

• Experience in working with Jira suite will be considered as a plus
