We are seeking a skilled and strategic EU Presales Manager to join our team in Athens, Greece.

In this role, you will lead the EU tenders presales function, driving the development of tailored technical solutions and coordinating high-quality proposal submissions. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure solution alignment and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full bid lifecycle, from opportunity identification to proposal submission

• Develop and manage bid plans, ensuring timely and compliant submissions

• Collaborate with cross-functional departments (sales, technical, legal, finance) to collect, verify, and consolidate proposal content

• Draft clear and persuasive executive summaries, technical proposals, and value-driven narratives

• Establish and maintain effective partnerships with consortium members, subcontractors, and external providers

• Negotiate partnership agreements, including roles, responsibilities, and contractual terms

• Coordinate input from technical, legal, finance, and sales teams

• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and eligibility requirements

• Maintain and organize documentation for audit purposes, certifications, and qualification procedures

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in EU tenders, with a strong track record in bid preparation, submission, and compliance with EU procurement standards

• Academic background in Applied Sciences, Engineering, or Business; postgraduate studies (MSc/Ph.D.) are considered an asset

• Solid understanding of EU policies and business development processes related to European funding opportunities

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to guide cross-functional teams, foster collaboration, and communicate effectively across all levels

• Strategic and solution-oriented mindset, combined with creativity, adaptability, and a high sense of responsibility and ownership

• Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships, lead consortium partnerships, and contribute to long-term business growth and impact
