- Εκτελείς αξιολογήσεις αποκλίσεων, ανασκοπήσεις ωριμότητας και αξιολογήσεις δικλίδων.
- Καταρτίζεις πολιτικές, πρότυπα, σχέδια αντιμετώπισης κινδύνων και αναφορές διακυβέρνησης.
- Υποστηρίζεις πρωτοβουλίες συμμόρφωσης με NIS2, DORA και ISO/IEC 27001.
- Συντονίζεις τεκμήρια, ελέγχους, διορθωτικές ενέργειες και αναφορές προς ενδιαφερόμενα μέρη.
- Παρέχεις συμβουλές στη διοίκηση για τη στρατηγική και τη διακυβέρνηση κυβερνοασφάλειας.
- Διευκολύνεις εργαστήρια, πραγματοποιείς συνεντεύξεις με ενδιαφερόμενα μέρη και επικοινωνείς ευρήματα σε τεχνικό και διοικητικό κοινό.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- Διακυβέρνηση, κίνδυνοι και συμμόρφωση κυβερνοασφάλειας.
- ISO/IEC 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, CIS Controls, NIS2 και DORA.
- Αξιολογήσεις αποκλίσεων, ανασκοπήσεις ωριμότητας και αξιολογήσεις δικλίδων.
- Έλεγχοι κυβερνοασφάλειας και ετοιμότητα για ελέγχους.
- Σύνταξη πολιτικών και διαδικασιών, σχεδιασμός αντιμετώπισης κινδύνων και λειτουργία ISMS.
- Αναφορές και οδικοί χάρτες διακυβέρνησης, διευκόλυνση ενδιαφερόμενων μερών και επικοινωνία.
