- Παρέχεις φορολογικές συμβουλές σε συναλλαγές και διαδικασίες λόγω εξαγορών και πωλήσεων
- Διαμορφώνεις φορολογικές δομές για συναλλαγές και παρέχεις καθημερινή φορολογική υποστήριξη
- Πραγματοποιείς τεχνική έρευνα σε φορολογική νομοθεσία και νομολογία
- Συνεργάζεσαι με επαγγελματίες φορολογίας άλλων δικαιοδοσιών και με ομάδες συναλλαγών για ολοκληρωμένες λύσεις
- Διαχειρίζεσαι την πλήρη εκτέλεση φορολογικών έργων με έμφαση στην έγκαιρη παράδοση και ποιοτικό έλεγχο
- Κατανέμεις αποτελεσματικά πόρους και προτεραιοποιείς εργασίες βάσει στόχων και προθεσμιών
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 5+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Γνώση φορολογίας εισοδήματος, ΦΠΑ, διεθνούς φορολογίας, λογιστικής, φορολογικών διαδικασιών και εταιρικού δικαίου
- Δεξιότητες φορολογικής συμβουλευτικής και φορολογικού due diligence σε συναλλαγές M&A
- Κριτική σκέψη, αναλυτικές δεξιότητες και ικανότητες επίλυσης προβλημάτων
- Δεξιότητες επιχειρηματικής γραφής σε ελληνικά και αγγλικά
- Εποπτεία ομάδας και υποστήριξη ανάπτυξης νεότερων μελών
- Εμπορική επίγνωση και ικανότητα εργασίας υπό πίεση
- Economics / Accounting and Finance / Law / Taxationκατά προτίμηση
