- Σχεδιάζεις και καθοδηγείς την υλοποίηση λύσεων ServiceNow ITSM ανάλογα με τις επιχειρησιακές ανάγκες και τα ITIL best practices
- Μεταφράζεις απαιτήσεις πελατών σε λειτουργικές λύσεις και υποστηρίζεις την παραμετροποίηση των ITSM, ITOM, CSM modules
- Οδηγείς βελτιώσεις διαδικασιών και αυτοματισμούς για την αύξηση της αποδοτικότητας
- Υποστηρίζεις την υιοθέτηση του ITSM framework και την ενσωμάτωση των βασικών διαδικασιών λειτουργίας
- Παρέχεις εκπαίδευση και ενδυνάμωση χρηστών και ενδιαφερόμενων φορέων, όπου απαιτείται
- Δημιουργείς αναφορές και πίνακες ελέγχου για την παρακολούθηση KPIs και απόδοσης
- Διαχειρίζεσαι ολοκληρωμένα έργα ServiceNow αναλαμβάνοντας πεδίο έργου, χρονοδιάγραμμα, προϋπολογισμό και διακυβέρνηση
- Συνεισφέρεις στον σχεδιασμό επιχειρησιακών μοντέλων και μετασχηματισμών ServiceNow
- Υποστηρίζεις την ανάπτυξη επιχειρηματικότητας μέσω προετοιμασίας προτάσεων, απαντήσεων σε RFP/RFI και παρουσίασης λύσεων
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- Εξειδίκευση σε ServiceNow και ITSM (ITIL-based διαδικασίες)
- Γνώση μονάδων ServiceNow ITSM, workflows, CMDB
- Ικανότητα βελτίωσης διαδικασιών και αυτοματοποίησης
- Δεξιότητες διαχείρισης έργου και mentoring
- Ικανότητες παράδοσης εκπαίδευσης και δημιουργίας αναφορών και dashboard
- Κατανόηση IT Governance και σχεδιασμού λειτουργικού μοντέλου
- Ισχυρές επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες για τεχνικούς και μη τεχνικούς συνομιλητές
- Εμπειρία στην υποστήριξη επιχειρηματικής ανάπτυξης
- Computer Science / Business Administration
