- Συνεισφέρεις σε έργα που μετασχηματίζουν τις χρηματοοικονομικές λειτουργίες και συνεργάζεσαι με πελάτες
- Συμβουλεύεις πελάτες για την αξιοποίηση ψηφιακών τεχνολογιών και ενσωμάτωση στοιχείων AI στις χρηματοοικονομικές διαδικασίες
- Βελτιώνεις βασικές χρηματοοικονομικές διαδικασίες όπως προϋπολογισμό, αναφορά και παρακολούθηση απόδοσης
- Συνεργάζεσαι με έμπειρους συμβούλους για τη λύση επιχειρησιακών προβλημάτων από τη στρατηγική μέχρι την υλοποίηση
- Συμμετέχεις σε συναντήσεις με πελάτες, παρουσιάζεις λύσεις και χτίζεις σχέσεις εμπιστοσύνης με τους ενδιαφερόμενους
- Υποστηρίζεις και επιβλέπεις την προετοιμασία προτάσεων, αναφορών, παρουσιάσεων και παραδοτέων έργων
- Προάγεις ένα συνεργατικό περιβάλλον εντός της ομάδας, ενθαρρύνοντας την ανταλλαγή γνώσεων και αποτελεσματική επικοινωνία
- Εντοπίζεις ευκαιρίες για καινοτομία και συνεχή βελτίωση, προωθώντας βέλτιστες πρακτικές και νέες μεθοδολογίες
- Επιβλέπεις και καθοδηγείς junior συμβούλους παρέχοντας καθοδήγηση, ανατροφοδότηση και ευκαιρίες ανάπτυξης
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 3+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Γνώση και εμπειρία σε ροές εργασίας λογιστικής και οικονομική ενοποίηση
- Καλή κατανόηση Λογιστικών και αναφορικών προτύπων όπως ΕΛΠ και ΔΛΠ
- Εμπειρία σε ψηφιακό περιβάλλον χρηματοοικονομικών με χρήση συστημάτων ERP (π.χ. SAP, SoftOne) και εργαλείων EPM (π.χ. Oracle, Anaplan)
- Εφαρμογή λειτουργιών αυτοματοποίησης με AI σε χρηματοοικονομικές διαδικασίες
- Συμμετοχή σε πρωτοβουλίες μετασχηματισμού χρηματοοικονομικών και συλλογή απαιτήσεων
- Ικανότητες τεκμηρίωσης διαδικασιών και σχεδιασμού αναφορών
- Προχωρημένη χρήση Microsoft Excel και Microsoft PowerPoint
- Ικανότητες επικοινωνίας με πελάτες και ηγεσία με ομαδική διαχείριση
- Finance / Accounting / Economics / Businessκατά προτίμηση
