Περιγραφή Θέσης

The role entails:

  • Lead and manage technical projects within the Analytics & AI team, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation and risk management strategies among others.
  • Monitor project progress (e.g. actions, decisions, dependencies, critical paths), prepare technical memos, identify potential risks & issues and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management.
  • Ensure project documentation is complete, current and stored appropriately.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify successes and areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in project management and Analytics/AI.
  • Support business development efforts by planning and submitting large scale RfPs.
  • Understand the content of the relevant client agreements (License, Maintenance, Services) and be aware of the key contractual elements (payment terms, milestones, agreed expenses, deliverables etc.).

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
  • 2-3 years of experience in project management, preferably within a Technical/Analytics/AI or consulting environment.
  • Familiar in project management software (indicative MS Project, JIRA, DevOps).
  • Familiarity with analytics tools and AI technologies.
  • Basic understanding of programming languages and data analysis tools.
  • Experience with MS Office applications: Excel, MS Project, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Team spirit, knowledge sharing and ability to work autonomously within a team with a positive attitude.
  • Self-motivation for continuous learning and development.
  • Commitment to provide excellent quality work and build client relationships.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in Greek and English.
  • Understanding of the software development lifecycle and methodologies (waterfall, agile, etc.) with an emphasis on requirements elicitation, modeling, documentation and communication.
  • PMP, PRINCE2 or similar project management certifications are highly desirable.
