Τι θα κάνεις
- Οργανώνεις και εκτελείς χρηματοοικονομική μοντελοποίηση και τεχνικές αποτίμησης σε σύνθετες συναλλαγές
- Προετοιμάζεις επιχειρηματικά σχέδια και πειστικό υλικό παρουσίασης για προσέλκυση επενδυτών ή στόχων
- Συμμετέχεις σε όλες τις φάσεις των συναλλαγών, από τον εντοπισμό ευκαιριών μέχρι την υπογραφή και ολοκλήρωση συμφωνιών
- Συνεργάζεσαι με ομάδες νομικών, κανονιστικών και διαχείρισης κινδύνων για την επίλυση σύνθετων ζητημάτων
- Διαχειρίζεσαι και ενισχύεις τη σχέση με πελάτες και ηγετικούς παράγοντες της χρηματοοικονομικής αγοράς
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 3+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Χρηματοοικονομική μοντελοποίηση και Τεχνικές αποτίμησης
- Mergers & acquisitions και Προετοιμασία επιχειρηματικού σχεδίου
- Λογιστικά και πρότυπα χρηματοοικονομικής αναφοράς όπως IFRS και Ελληνικά ΓΛΠ
- MS Office και γνώση γλώσσας προγραμματισμού
- Αναλυτική σκέψη και Χρηματοοικονομική αντίληψη
- Δεξιότητες συνεργασίας, Διαχείριση πελατειακών σχέσεων και Προφορική και γραπτή επικοινωνία σε αγγλικά και ελληνικά
- Finance / Economics / Accounting / Mathematics / Engineeringκατά προτίμηση
