We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Information Security Operations & Compliance Analyst (Associate level) to join our Information Security, Internal Firm Services team based in Athens. You’ll work on high-impact projects, collaborate with industry leaders, and tackle real business challenges - all while learning, growing, and redefining what is possible.   

As a member of the information security team you will work across the PwC Network firms to continue to drive the maturation of the member firm information security risk posture based on global strategy, member firm business requirements and risk appetite. This entry-level role supports the daily operations of the Information Security team, focusing on global and local security initiatives, compliance, and risk assessments. The role is ideal for individuals passionate about cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. The role will report to the local Head of Information Security.

Key Responsibilities:  

• Support implementation and tracking of Global & Local Information Security Projects and Initiatives.  

• Participate in Information Security Risk Assessments (local and global).  

• Respond to client security questionnaires and support security-related contract reviews.  

• Contribute to Information Security Training & Awareness campaigns.  

• Monitor ISP and regulatory compliance, including exception handling.  

• Assist in security operations for KPI monitoring.  

• Support Third-Party Risk Management processes.  

• Collaborate with Application Security teams on security operational tasks. 

• Document and track remediation efforts.  

• Develop new skills outside of your comfort zone.

What you bring to the team: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field. 

• 0 - 2 years of relevant working experience. 

• Strong interest in cybersecurity, compliance, and risk management.  

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.  

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.  

• Familiarity with ISO standards, security frameworks, or audit processes is a plus.  

• Military obligations fulfilled for male candidates.
