- Αναπτύσσεις πλαίσια IT Service Management (ITSM) βασισμένα σε βέλτιστες πρακτικές
- Συνεργάζεσαι με ενδιαφερόμενους για κατανόηση επιχειρησιακών αναγκών και σχεδιασμό διαδικασιών βάσει ITIL
- Συμμετέχεις στο σχεδιασμό λύσεων ITSM και υποστηρίζεις την εφαρμογή ή προσαρμογή τους
- Εντοπίζεις ευκαιρίες βελτίωσης διαδικασιών μέσω αυτοματοποίησης και εργαλείων ITSM
- Αναπτύσσεις εκπαιδευτικό υλικό και παρέχεις εκπαίδευση σε διαδικασίες ITSM και διακυβέρνησης IT
- Υλοποιείς πλαίσια ITSM στην πράξη, διασφαλίζοντας την ενσωμάτωση διαδικασιών στην καθημερινή λειτουργία
- Σχεδιάζεις και διατηρείς αναφορές και μετρικές για την παρακολούθηση και βελτίωση διαδικασιών ITSM
- Αξιολογείς και σχεδιάζεις λειτουργικά μοντέλα τεχνολογίας σε τομείς ανθρώπινου δυναμικού, διακυβέρνησης, διαδικασιών και τεχνολογίας
- Συνεισφέρεις στην ανάπτυξη του επιχειρηματικού τομέα τεχνολογικής συμβουλευτικής μέσω τεχνικών και οικονομικών προτάσεων

- Πλαίσια IT Service Management (ITSM) και διαδικασίες βάσει ITIL
- Εργαλεία ITSM όπως ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, Jira
- Βελτίωση Διαδικασιών και Σχεδιασμός Αναφορών και Μετρήσεων
- Σχεδιασμός Operating Model Τεχνολογίας και Υποστήριξη Business Development
- Ηγεσία και Διαχείριση Ομάδας, Ανάπτυξη Προγραμμάτων από την Ιδέα έως την Υλοποίηση
- Επικοινωνιακές Δεξιότητες και Business Analysis / Συλλογή Απαιτήσεων
- Γνώση τομέων Ενέργειας και Τραπεζών
- Εμπειρία Συμβουλευτικής και Εκτέλεση και Παράδοση Έργων
- Computer Science / Business Administrationκατά προτίμηση
