- Παρακολουθείς τις δαπάνες για cloud, AI, υποδομές, λογισμικό και τεχνολογία, εντοπίζοντας αποκλίσεις και ευκαιρίες βελτιστοποίησης.
- Συντηρείς πίνακες κόστους, προβλέψεις, μοντέλα κατανομής και αναφορές διοίκησης.
- Υποστηρίζεις τον προϋπολογισμό, τις προβλέψεις, την ανάλυση αποκλίσεων, τις ανανεώσεις, τις αξιολογήσεις προμηθειών και τα επιχειρηματικά σχέδια IT.
- Παρακολουθείς δραστηριότητες διακυβέρνησης, όπως εξαιρέσεις πολιτικών, κενά ελέγχων, κινδύνους, ελεγκτικά τεκμήρια και διορθωτικές ενέργειες.
- Υποστηρίζεις τις αξιολογήσεις προμηθευτών και συμβάσεων, συμπεριλαμβανομένων δεσμεύσεων υπηρεσιών, ανανεώσεων, δεικτών απόδοσης και ενεργειών βελτίωσης.
- Συμβάλλεις στους ελέγχους IT service management για περιστατικά, προβλήματα, αλλαγές, αιτήματα και επίπεδα υπηρεσιών.
- Ετοιμάζεις σαφείς αναφορές και αναλύσεις για τη διοίκηση IT και βασικούς ενδιαφερόμενους.
- Συντηρείς τεκμηρίωση, trackers διακυβέρνησης, playbooks και στοιχεία διαδικασιών για ετοιμότητα ελέγχων.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 3+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Διαχείριση οικονομικών IT, προϋπολογισμός και προβλέψεις, παρακολούθηση τεχνολογικού κόστους και ανάλυση αποκλίσεων
- Βελτιστοποίηση τεχνολογικού κόστους και ανάλυση δεδομένων
- Διακυβέρνηση IT, διαχείριση κινδύνων και ελέγχων και ετοιμότητα ελέγχων
- IT service management και ServiceNow
- Διαχείριση προμηθευτών και συμβάσεων και υποστήριξη προμηθειών
- Αναφορές διοίκησης και Microsoft Power BI
- Πληροφορική / Χρηματοοικονομικά / Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων / Μηχανική / Οποιοδήποτε Πεδίοκατά προτίμηση
