• Set up accounting systems and migrate opening balances. 
• Assist seniors in managing the full spectrum of company accounts, including general ledgers, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and maintaining fixed assets registers. 
• Prepare management accounts and statutory financial statements. 
• Support the team members on day-to-day accounting matters and queries. 
• Maintain accurate financial records and balance various accounts using computerized bookkeeping systems. 
• Maintain general ledgers and financial statements, post journal entries, and prepare statistical, financial, and accounting reports. 
• Prepare tax returns and trial balance of books and reconcile accounts. 
• Ensure accurate bookkeeping, including accounts payable and general ledger transactions. 
• Assist with bank and general ledger reconciliations and prepare audit working papers to ensure financial accuracy. 
• Process invoices, coordinate payment runs and manage accounts payable tasks.

• At least one (1) year of working experience in accounting, bookkeeping, and tax compliance. 
• Excellent academic records from a Greek or foreign top-tier university. 
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including creating pivot tables and using formulas. 
• Effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing, in Greek and English. 
• Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles. 
• Experienced user of the myDATA platform. 
• Familiarity with Tax and Accounting legislation; participation in Long Term Accounting and Tax seminars will be considered an asset. 
• Knowledge of Greek General Accounting Principles (Greek GAAP - Law 4308/2014) and Greek General Chart of Accounts. 
• Experience in using ERP systems; SAP familiarization will be considered a plus. 
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels. 
• Strong organizational and time management skills. 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
• Willingness to learn and attention to detail. 
• Analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Fulfilled military obligations for male candidates.
