In this dynamic environment, we are looking for ambitious and self-driven Graduates to join our HR Systems Outsourcing team in Athens. You’ll work on high-impact projects, collaborate with industry leaders, and tackle real business challenges—all while learning, growing, and redefining what’s possible.   

Please note that the working model for this position is flexible and may be hybrid or on-site, depending on the client's needs.

• Support end to end the implementation of HR System (cloud environment) 

• Provide daily customer support & update back office employee records 

• Perform systemic tasks such as upgrading and troubleshooting  

• Participate in client meetings for business analysis and software development 

• Handle queries on employees’ absences & leaves, performance cycles, digital card and data reporting 

• Keep up-to-date with new laws and regulations ensuring system’s legal compliance 

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders

• BSc in Business Administration, Computer Science or relevant field 

• 0-2 years of previous working experience in a relevant role 

• Proficient in MS Office  

• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and fluently both in Greek and English 

• A confident and positive attitude, focused on teamwork and communication with colleagues and clients at all levels 

• A high level of discretion and confidentiality with a strong sense of responsibility 

• Continuous learning and development mindset 

• Military obligations fulfilled
