A career in our Governance, Risk, Compliance and Internal Audit (GRC & IA) Consulting Services in PwC Greece, will provide you with the opportunity to gain understanding of business processes, operations and objectives of major listed and or non-listed entities, help them manage their most important risks, solve their toughest problems and capture greatest opportunities via adopting leading GRC & IA practices. 

Due to the continued growth of our practices, we are now recruiting Senior Associatefor our team. As a Senior Associate in PwC Greece, you'll lead teams of problem solvers, providing human-led and tech-powered solutions in complex business issues related to Internal Audit, Internal Controls, Risk Management and Business Process Improvement. 

Examples of tasks you will work on as part of the team 

• Deal effectively with ambiguous and unstructured problems and situations across various sectors
• Work in a team towards the efficient and timely delivery of client engagements, taking ownership for one or more workstreams/assignments
• Application of common sense / commercial awareness / knowledge obtained during the project to assess the quality and reliability of information supplied
• Initiate and lead open conversations with teams, clients and stakeholders to build trust  
• Coach and develop less experienced team members
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key client contacts 
• Participate in proposal development efforts for client engagement opportunities
• Contribute to an environment where people and technology thrive together

What we are looking for 

• At least 3 years of previous working experience in the fields of internal/ external audit, risk management, business process optimization, internal controls, etc.
• Strong academic record, including a Bachelor’s / Master’s degree from a top-tier university in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or another related field
• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Internal Audit or Risk Management will be considered an advantage
• A relevant professional qualification (CIA, CRMA, ACCA, ACA etc.) will be considered as an advantage
• Ability to express ideas verbally and in writing, in a clear, concise and professional manner (both in English and Greek)
• Excellent computer skills, proficient use of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Experience with data analysis tools such as Alteryx, PowerBI, Tableau, ACL, QlikView or similar will be considered as an advantage
• A confident and positive attitude, focused on teamwork and communication with colleagues and clients at all levels
• Experience in managing and mentoring junior staff and lead teams
• Ability to be agile in changing circumstances both internally and externally
• Ability to synthesize multiple and disparate sources of information into a coherent and compelling point of view
• Ability to work well as part of a multi-functional team with a flexible and team-focused style
• Excellent financial and business analytical skills
