- Δημιουργείς συστήματα συμμόρφωσης, αξιολογήσεις κινδύνου και χαρτογράφηση κανονιστικού περιβάλλοντος
- Ερμηνεύεις τη νομοθεσία σε λειτουργικές δράσεις μέσω επιπτώσεων και αναλύσεων κενών
- Διαχειρίζεσαι προγράμματα αντιμετώπισης οικονομικού εγκλήματος και τήρησης προτύπων KYC, CDD, και παρακολούθησης συναλλαγών
- Αναθεωρείς και ενισχύεις πολιτικές, διαδικασίες και πλαίσια διακυβέρνησης
- Διαχειρίζεσαι ροές εργασίας σε έργα, προγραμματίζεις και συντονίζεις την παράδοση
- Προετοιμάζεις ποιοτικές παραδόσεις προς πελάτες με σαφήνεια και εμπορικό όφελος
- Στηρίζεις την ανάπτυξη επιχειρήσεων μέσω έρευνας, υποστήριξης προτάσεων και εκπόνησης εσωτερικών εγχειριδίων
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 3+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Γνώσεις σε Compliance, Governance frameworks και Regulatory impact assessments
- Εμπειρία σε Financial crime frameworks, KYC standards και Transaction monitoring frameworks
- Δεξιότητες σε Risk assessments και Internal audit
- Ικανότητα σε Policy drafting and enhancement και Regulatory change management
- Εμπειρία στην εφαρμογή Three Lines Model και Succession planning
- Εμπορική επίγνωση και δεξιότητες σε Client deliverable preparation και Proposal support and business development
