We are looking for a Senior Legal Associate to join the PwC OGC (Office of General Counsel) legal internal team, in Athens.

Examples of tasks you will work on as part of the team

● Conduct legal research

● Draft & review commercial contracts

● Draft Corporate Resolutions

● Review public procurement contracts, assist tender processes and handle related claims

● Manage OGC records and archives

● Prepare Legal memos and reports

● Be actively involved in OGC day to day operations

● Liaise & coordinate with external legal advisors

What we are looking for

● Bachelor's degree in law from a Greek or a foreign university

● Active license to practice law in Greece

● At least Five (5) years of legal experience as a qualified lawyer at a large law firm, consulting firm, in a large in-house law department (preferably in a regulated industry) with focus on corporate and commercial law

● Experience in drafting and negotiating contracts

● Excellent command of the Greek and English language with strong written and verbal skills

● Computer literacy

● The ability to work well both independently and in a team environment, including with senior management

● The ability to work comfortably in an intense, fast-paced environment and successfully manage and meet deadlines
