- Βοηθάς στην προετοιμασία fairness opinion reports για συναλλαγές M&A
- Βοηθάς στην προετοιμασία εκθέσεων αποτίμησης για συναλλαγές, χρηματοοικονομική αναφορά και ρυθμιστικούς σκοπούς
- Βοηθάς στη δημιουργία ή την ανασκόπηση/έλεγχο χρηματοοικονομικών μοντέλων
- Διαχειρίζεσαι ομάδες έργου και καθοδηγείς νεότερα μέλη για την έγκαιρη παράδοση σύνθετων εργασιών
- Διευκολύνεις εσωτερικές και εξωτερικές συναντήσεις ομάδας και πελατών
- Δημιουργείς και διατηρείς ισχυρές σχέσεις με βασικούς πελάτες
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 3+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Δεξιότητες χρηματοοικονομικής μοντελοποίησης και μεθόδων αποτίμησης
- Γνώση λογιστικών και αναφορικών προτύπων IFRS και Ελληνικά GAAP
- Οικονομικές και επιχειρησιακές αναλυτικές δεξιότητες
- Ηγεσία ομάδας έργου και ομαδική συνεργασία
- Ικανότητες επικοινωνίας στα Ελληνικά και Αγγλικά, λεκτικές και γραπτές
- Ανάπτυξη και διατήρηση σχέσεων με πελάτες και διαχείριση πιεστικών προθεσμιών
- Αυτοπαρακίνηση και επιχειρηματικό πνεύμα
- Διευκόλυνση εσωτερικών και εξωτερικών συσκέψεων
- Accounting and Finance / Economics / Engineering / Business Administrationκατά προτίμηση
