We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Experienced Associate to join our Procurement Internal Firm Services team in Athens.   You’ll work on high-impact projects, collaborate with industry leaders, and tackle real business challenges - all while learning, growing, and redefining what’s possible. 

Our Procurement department, within Internal Firm Services, manages the procurement of all goods and services required by PwC for operational purposes and combines project management, cost management, operational effectiveness and negotiation. As part of the team, you’ll be responsible for developing our practices, processes and compliance, managing relationships for both internal clients and suppliers to aid in the strategic selection of suppliers and optimization of the purchase cycle. Due to the continued growth of our practice, we are now recruiting a Cost Control Associate for our office in Athens.

Your job description:    

• Receive and manage invoices and personnel expenses 
• Review and handle expense claims compliance based on the current Policy 
• Monitor and manage the spend of the corporate credit cards 
• Administer SAP Concur and provide guidance to all Firm users Generate and conduct reports related to various business needs 
• Support the receipt and electronic storage of all kinds of incoming invoices and supporting material

• Excellent academic records from a Greek or foreign university with background in Business Administration 
• Excellent command of spoken and written English 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products (Power Point, Word, Excel) 
• 2-3 years of work experience in in bookkeeping or expense processing and in financial reporting 
• Strong communication skills with ability to coordinate with various departments/clients 
• Attention to detail and troubleshooting skills 
• Strong analytical and critical thinking 
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks 
• A confident and positive attitude, focused on teamwork and communication 
• Passionate for delivering high quality work 
• Military services fulfilled for male candidates
