- Εποπτεύεις και καθοδηγείς τους ειδικούς ASDC στην εκτέλεση των καθηκόντων τους
- Αναθέτεις αιτήματα εργασίας στους ειδικούς ASDC
- Εξετάζεις και αποδέχεσαι αιτήματα εργασίας από τις ομάδες ενασχόλησης
- Επικοινωνείς με τις ομάδες ενασχόλησης χρηστών
- Ελέγχεις την εργασία που εκτελούν οι ειδικοί ASDC για να διασφαλίσεις την ποιότητα
- Σχεδιάζεις και εφαρμόζεις τεχνολογικές λύσεις για τις υπηρεσίες ASDC
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 3+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Λογιστική και ελεγκτική γνώση
- Άριστη γνώση της ελληνικής και αγγλικής γλώσσας
- Τεχνικές ικανότητες και σχεδιασμός τεχνολογικών λύσεων
- Οργανωτικές δεξιότητες και προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια
- Επικοινωνία και ομαδική εργασία
- Δημιουργία εμπιστοσύνης και coaching
- Economics / Accounting and Finance / Management / Business Administration / Engineeringκατά προτίμηση
