- Ηγείσαι της διάστασης AI στις συνεργασίες με πελάτες παρέχοντας στοιχεία σε πραγματικό χρόνο και δυναμικές οπτικοποιήσεις για αποφάσεις workforce
- Συνεργάζεσαι με ειδικούς workforce για τη σχεδίαση εμπειριών συνεδρίας που συνδέουν στρατηγικά ερωτήματα με AI δυνατότητες
- Συμβουλεύεις τη διοίκηση C-suite για την εφικτότητα και υλοποίηση επενδύσεων AI σε πλαίσιο workforce
- Αναπτύσσεις γρήγορα λειτουργικά AI πρωτότυπα όπως έξυπνους πράκτορες, pipelines επεξεργασίας εγγράφων και πίνακες ελέγχου με δεδομένα πελατών
- Ορίζεις ξεκάθαρα κριτήρια επιτυχίας και τερματισμού πριν την ανάπτυξη πρωτοτύπων
- Τεκμηριώνεις στρατηγικές αρχιτεκτονικές πιλοτικών που παραδίδονται στις ομάδες υλοποίησης
- Διαχειρίζεσαι το οικοσύστημα session intelligence συνθέτοντας έρευνες πελατών και αυτοματοποιώντας την ανάλυση ανταγωνισμού
- Σχεδιάζεις και εξελίσσεις εσωτερικά εργαλεία AI που ενισχύουν τις λύσεις Workforce
- Συνεργάζεσαι με το Experience Center και τους ειδικούς workforce για τη μετατροπή καινοτομιών σε επαναλήψιμες διαδρομές υλοποίησης
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 3+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Front-end ανάπτυξη και σύγχρονα θεμελιώδη web development
- Πρακτική εμπειρία σε πρωτοτυποποίηση, διαδραστικές εφαρμογές και ανάπτυξη demo περιβαλλόντων
- Ενσωμάτωση AI APIs, LLMs, agents, vector stores και workflow automation tools
- Ικανότητα επίλυσης προβλημάτων σε ζωντανά, χρονικά περιορισμένα περιβάλλοντα
- Επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες για εξήγηση τεχνικών εννοιών σε μη τεχνικά κοινά
- Συνεργασία και εργασία σε γρήγορα μεταβαλλόμενα consulting περιβάλλοντα
- Άριστη προφορική επικοινωνία σε Ελληνικά και Αγγλικά
