Τι θα κάνεις
- Συμβάλλεις στην προετοιμασία, παρακολούθηση και τον έλεγχο του προϋπολογισμού της περιοχής.
- Υποστηρίζεις τη σύνταξη, παρακολούθηση και ανανέωση συμβάσεων με συνεργάτες.
- Καλλιεργείς σχέσεις με προμηθευτές, διαχειριζόμενος/η την απόδοση, τους όρους και την επίλυση θεμάτων.
- Υποστηρίζεις διαπραγματεύσεις με εξωτερικούς συνεργάτες για την εξασφάλιση ανταγωνιστικών εμπορικών όρων.
- Συμβάλλεις σε διαγωνισμούς, αξιολόγηση προμηθευτών και διαχείριση συμβάσεων.
- Υποστηρίζεις την εφαρμογή πολιτικών προμηθειών και την παρακολούθηση εξοικονομήσεων.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 1+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Contract Management Systems, ERP Systems & Microsoft Excel
- Procurement Planning, Tender Management & Vendor Evaluation
- Contract Management, Negotiation & Supplier Relationship Management
- Procurement Policies, Savings Tracking & Budget Monitoring
- Organization, Time Management & Project Management
