Τι θα κάνεις
- Παρακολουθείς και βελτιστοποιείς τα επίπεδα αποθεμάτων για τη διασφάλιση διαθεσιμότητας προϊόντων
- Αναλύεις δεδομένα πωλήσεων και αποθεμάτων
- Υποστηρίζεις τον προγραμματισμό αναπλήρωσης αποθεμάτων
- Παρακολουθείς βασικούς δείκτες KPIs αποθεμάτων
- Συνεργάζεσαι με τις ομάδες Εμπορικής Διεύθυνσης, Logistics και Προμηθειών
- Οργανώνεις και τεκμηριώνεις σχέδιο αντίστροφης εφοδιαστικής μεταξύ καταστημάτων και κεντρικής αποθήκης
- Δημιουργείς παραγγελίες για την εκτέλεση του σχεδίου αντίστροφης εφοδιαστικής
- Συντονίζεις τις κινήσεις αποθεμάτων εντός αποθήκης και μεταξύ καταστημάτων
- Διαχειρίζεσαι τα αιτήματα διαθεσιμότητας καταστημάτων
- Συνεργάζεσαι με εμπορικές, αποθηκάριους και καταστήματα για την επίλυση προβλημάτων
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 1+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Γνώση Microsoft Excel και SAP ή παρόμοιου λογισμικού
- Δεξιότητες Ανάλυσης Δεδομένων και Διαχείρισης Αποθεμάτων
- Ικανότητα Συντονισμού κινήσεων αποθεμάτων και Δημιουργίας παραγγελιών
- Αναπτυγμένες Δεξιότητες Επικοινωνίας και Επίλυσης Προβλημάτων
- Γνώση Αγγλικής Γλώσσας
- Ομαδικό Πνεύμα και Συνεργασία Αλυσίδας Εφοδιασμού
- Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων / Χρηματοοικονομικά / Οποιοδήποτε Πεδίο

Περιγραφή Θέσης
As a Junior Inventory Planner you will be responsible for monitoring and optimizing inventory levels to ensure product availability across stores and the e-commerce channel. The role involves analyzing sales and stock data, supporting replenishment planning, tracking key inventory KPIs, and collaborating closely with Commercial, Logistics, and Procurement teams to maintain an efficient supply chain.
Responsibilities:
Liaison between stores & central warehouse in order to organize and document a reverse logistics plan
Create orders so as to execute the agreed reverse plan
Coordinate the intra-warehouse & store-to-store stock movements
Administer stores' availability tickets
Collaborate closely with the commercial/warehouse/stores teams for effective problem solving
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or relevant field
Ideally 1-2 years of experience in a relevant role
Experience in the Retail industry will be considered an advantage
Excellent knowledge of MS Office; especially of Microsoft Excel
Very good knowledge of the English language, both written and oral
Developed communication skills
Problem solving attitude

Desirable Qualifications:
Master’s degree
SAP user or other similar software system
Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams
