junior technical coordinator

As a Junior Technical Coordinator you will be trained to become a part of our core business team with a strong focus on Customer communication and Coordination tasks. You will be expected to work in a fast and competitive environment, take on responsibilities and initiatives from day one, and collaborate effectively with the other members of the team. Requirements

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Greek & English

• Tech-savvy, hard-working, and a team player

• Very diligent and able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent organizational, operational & communication skills

• Ability to work well with large datasets

• Excellent computer skills (especially Excel)

• Good grasp of IT & technological applications

• Knowledge or experience on integrations/software connections (JSON & XML files, APIs, SFTP) will be considered a plus

Responsibilities

• Facilitate communication between Business, Developers and Sales Team

• Attend technical meetings with customers and drive them to correct integration specifications

• Cooperate with the development department to deliver specifications about the integration points

• Guide clients on how to use/configure Procureship’s tools and recommend solutions to technical problems

• Be responsible of customer accounts - collect & analyze feedback from clients

• Manage large databases and take on simple data analytics tasks using excel or SQL

• Organize & implement operational tasks with maximum efficiency & attention to detail

• Organize, track and maintain new integrations with clients' systems

• After-sales support and training users onsite

• Gain in-depth knowledge of the product, the market, and the clients

• Demonstrate a pioneering spirit and a problem-solving mindset
