Requirements

  • Excellent command of Greek and English

  • Tech-savvy, hard-working, and a team player

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Excellent computer skills (especially Excel)

  • Ability to work well with large datasets

  • Excellent organizational and operational skills

  • Very diligent and able to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Problem-solving mindset

Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day operations, including live chat, emails, and phone communication with clients

  • Manage and maintain large databases with accuracy and efficiency

  • Drive product sales through outreach and cold-calling to Greek and international clients

  • Provide after-sales support and deliver user training on-site when needed

  • Organize and execute operational tasks with maximum attention to detail

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the product, market, and client needs

  • Embrace and promote the company’s long-term vision and unique culture
