- Αξιολογείς τη λειτουργία και τις ανάγκες στελέχωσης καταστημάτων και υποστηρίζεις τον μηνιαίο σχεδιασμό κερδών και ζημιών.
- Αναλύεις δεδομένα πωλήσεων, τάσεις αγοράς και KPI για actionable επιχειρηματικές προτάσεις.
- Εντοπίζεις ευκαιρίες επέκτασης ή μετεγκατάστασης καταστημάτων, συνεργειών καναλιών και retail-led εκδηλώσεων.
- Συντονίζεις marketing campaigns, promotional events και product launches σύμφωνα με τη στρατηγική του brand.
- Καθοδηγείς την ανάπτυξη, εκπαίδευση, παρακίνηση και αξιολόγηση της απόδοσης του προσωπικού λιανικής.
- Συνεργάζεσαι με Retail Strategy, Channel Planning, project owners και άλλα stakeholders για την υλοποίηση εγκεκριμένων σχεδίων.

- 2+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Λειτουργία λιανικής και εμπορική αντίληψη
- Διαχείριση και ανάλυση KPI και δεδομένων πωλήσεων
- Στρατηγικός σχεδιασμός και επιχειρηματική λήψη αποφάσεων
- Ηγεσία ομάδων, coaching και ανάπτυξη προσωπικού
- Συντονισμός marketing campaigns και συνεργασία με stakeholders
- Επικοινωνία, επίλυση προβλημάτων και καινοτομία
- Επάρκεια στην ελληνική και αγγλική γλώσσα
