As a Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Paid Media Executive, you will lead and execute digital marketing strategies that include both organic search optimization and paid campaigns. Your role is to increase online visibility, drive qualified website traffic, maximize ROI of paid performance by creating and implementing effective strategies, staying updated on industry trends, and managing campaigns with precision. You will work towards optimizing organization's online presence, increase audience reach audiences along with brand awareness and consideration and contribute to the success of the organization's digital ecosystem.

 

Your ‘day to day

 

  • Develop and implement comprehensive SEO & Paid Media strategies to identify growth opportunities by improving organic search rankings and driving website traffic.

  • Conduct keyword research and analysis to optimize content for search engines and LLM platforms.

  • Manage on-page and off-page optimization, meta tags, and technical elements for improved search engine rankings, including link building.

  • Manage web developments to achieve SEO-friendly content, by improving technical capabilities for site speed, mobile usability, and crawlability.

  • Monitor and analyse website analytics, provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Plan, execute, optimize paid media campaigns, targeting, and bidding strategies for optimum results. Explore and test new ad formats and channels, relevant to business goals.

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to execute SEO and paid media strategy with content creation and business purposes.

  • Manage resources effectively, ensuring efficient budget allocation and maximizing return on investment (ROI), and provide forecast based on spend and performance.

  • Experiment with AI-powered tools and platforms to enhance SEO analysis, content generation, and paid campaigns’ optimization.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, emerging technologies and algorithm changes to ensure effective strategies.

 

 Who we’re looking for

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing or other related field will be preferred. MBA or MSc will be considered an asset.

  • Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in SEO and paid media management. Experience working with an international brand/e-shop combined with a strong track record in managing successfully brand digital campaigns will be considered a plus.

  • Proficiency in web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics. Relevant certifications will be considered a plus.

  • Understanding of web development principles and responsive design, along with knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript will be considered a plus.

  • Excellent project management & communication skills (both in Greek & English).

  • Great collaborative spirit, with strong analytical & problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to operate in a dynamic and agile environment.
