- Τηρείς όλους τους κανόνες ασφάλειας, υγείας, περιβάλλοντος και βιωσιμότητας σύμφωνα με τα πρότυπα και τη νομοθεσία
- Ελέγχεις ότι τα υλικά και τα προϊόντα πληρούν τα πρότυπα ποιότητας και συνεργάζεσαι με την ομάδα ποιότητας για μείωση μη συμμορφώσεων
- Χειρίζεσαι τον εξοπλισμό σύμφωνα με το πλάνο παραγωγής και συμμετέχεις στη διαδικασία Daily Direction Setting
- Παρακολουθείς την κατάσταση του εξοπλισμού, πραγματοποιείς βασικές ρυθμίσεις και ενημερώνεις την ομάδα για θέματα που επηρεάζουν τη ροή παραγωγής
- Συμμετέχεις σε δράσεις για τη μείωση καθυστερήσεων, λαθών και απωλειών και προτείνεις ιδέες βελτίωσης διαδικασιών
- Συνεργάζεσαι στενά με την ομάδα και ενημερώνεις τα συστήματα της εταιρείας για διασφάλιση της ιχνηλασιμότητας προϊόντος και διαδικασιών
- Αναπτύσσεις τις δεξιότητές σου μέσω εκπαιδεύσεων και ευκαιριών επαγγελματικής ανάπτυξης
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- Τεχνικό υπόβαθρο σε Μηχανολογία, Ηλεκτρολογία, Αυτοματισμούς ή Βιομηχανικά Συστήματα
- Επαγγελματικά δικαιώματα εργοδηγού/τεχνίτη μηχανικού σύμφωνα με Π.Δ. 115/2012
- Εκπλήρωση στρατιωτικών υποχρεώσεων όπου απαιτείται
- Καλή γνώση Αγγλικής γλώσσας
- Διαχείριση διαδικασιών παραγωγής και ποιότητα προϊόντων
- Ασφάλεια, υγεία, περιβάλλον και βιωσιμότητα
- Χειρισμός και επίβλεψη βιομηχανικού εξοπλισμού
- Ομαδικότητα, συνεργασία και διάθεση για μάθηση και επαγγελματική ανάπτυξη
