- Ενισχύεις τις σχέσεις με μικρούς και μεγάλους retailers και υποστηρίζεις ποιοτικές εμπειρίες καταναλωτών.
- Εντοπίζεις ευκαιρίες στην περιοχή και μετατρέπεις δεδομένα αγοράς, πωλήσεων και shoppers σε στοχευμένα πλάνα δράσης.
- Βελτιώνεις την αναγνωρισιμότητα, τη διαθεσιμότητα προϊόντων και τα πρότυπα εκτέλεσης στα σημεία πώλησης.
- Αναπτύσσεις τις δυνατότητες της ομάδας μέσω σαφών προτεραιοτήτων, coaching, feedback και διαχείρισης απόδοσης.
- Μεταφράζεις τις εμπορικές στρατηγικές σε σαφείς δραστηριότητες πεδίου και διασφαλίζεις συνεπή υλοποίηση στην περιοχή.
- Ορίζεις στόχους και KPIs, παρακολουθείς τα αποτελέσματα και λαμβάνεις διορθωτικά μέτρα όπου χρειάζεται.
- Οργανώνεις τις καθημερινές λειτουργίες, την κατανομή περιοχών και τις διαδρομές, εστιάζοντας στις σημαντικότερες ευκαιρίες.
- Αναλύεις πληροφορίες αγοράς και πωλήσεων για να εντοπίζεις κενά, τάσεις και ευκαιρίες σε επίπεδο περιοχής.
- Ενισχύεις τη γνώση και την engagement των retailers μέσω αποτελεσματικής επικοινωνίας, εκπαίδευσης και επιχειρηματικής υποστήριξης.
- Αυξάνεις τη διαθεσιμότητα προϊόντων και αντιμετωπίζεις τις ελλείψεις μέσω προληπτικής συνεργασίας με retailers.
- Μοιράζεσαι insights πεδίου και εποικοδομητικό feedback με τις ομάδες Regional και Commercial Planning.
- Παρακολουθείς την εκτέλεση εντός εγκεκριμένων budget και προτείνεις ενέργειες όταν προκύπτουν αποκλίσεις.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 2+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Πωλήσεις πεδίου και ηγεσία ομάδων πεδίου
- Διαχείριση σχέσεων με retailers και υλοποίηση εμπορικής στρατηγικής
- Διαχείριση περιοχής, KPIs και budget
- Ανάλυση πωλήσεων και λήψη αποφάσεων βάσει δεδομένων
- Negotiation, επικοινωνία και επίλυση προβλημάτων
- MS Office, επάρκεια στην ελληνική και αγγλική γλώσσα και έγκυρη άδεια οδήγησης
- Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων / Μάρκετινγκ / Οικονομικάκατά προτίμηση
