We are currently seeking for a  highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Engagement Executive to join our team as part of our CRM team. As a Digital Engagement Executive, you will play a crucial role in executing and managing marketing campaigns for the Greek market. Your primary responsibilities will involve collaborating with external agencies, aligning with various teams within the organization, and ensuring seamless communication for successful campaign execution.

Your ‘day to day’

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies on campaign planning and execution.

• Prepare and communicate briefs to agencies, covering journey flows, HTML templates and creative assets.

• Gather all necessary digital assets and campaign materials from internal teams to brief agencies effectively.

• Design and review email automation flows and customer journeys.

• Prepare project timelines, prioritize deliverables, and conduct user acceptance testing.

• Support the development of CRM strategies, including database segmentation, A/B testing and real-time performance monitoring.

• Develop creative marketing ideas, prepare campaign proposals, and oversee execution and campaign reporting.

Who we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 4-5 years of relevant working experience in an international environment, working with multiple stakeholders

• Solid understanding of CRM strategies, email automation, and customer segmentation.

• Familiarity in using marketing automation tools and CRM platforms, experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud will be considered a plus.

• Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Creative mindset and ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Team player with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work within deadlines.

• Experience with Jira and Confluence will be considered a plus.

• Fluent in English and Greek
