Περιγραφή Θέσης
- Support the development and implementation the Way to Market of new product launches or relaunches and support Commercial Strategic plan through instore activation programs
- Part of the team to brief advertising agencies for designing in store activation programs and lead the implementation
- Prepare monthly promo directions & ensure Mktg/Sales alignment
- Present trade marketing initiatives & promo effectiveness in monthly Sales Meetings
- Close monitoring of competitor’s promo/pricing & in store activation
- Propose promo volume allocation
- Support the process of design & implementation of all instore visibility projects as well as tools & p.o.p material, support tailor made initiatives
- Monitor secondary displays & rack placement per category per type of store
- Evaluate current & propose new innovative adding value Sales tools ( racks,p.o.p material, sales organiser etc.)
- Coordinate the purchase & distribution of Sales tools & p.o.p material to timely support Sales Dpt
- Support Revenue management strategy with promotional performance assessment
- Propose pack solutions to meet Shopper needs, address occasions and hit key price points
Qualifications
• High level of business acumen -Strong grasp of general business environment -Strong analytical & synthesis skills-Commercial savvy-Time & project Management-P& L understanding• Executive maturity -Networking, collaborating & influencing-Interacting with mid level management-Developing and managing own agenda
• Well developed communication skills
• Results orientated
• Team player
• University degree
• MS office & Internet literate
• Language skills: Excellent level of English
