This position will be responsible for managing all the order portfolio and will be the point of contact from Supply Chain for all sales and full portfolio visibility:
Manage the end-to-end order portfolio, ensuring accurate daily order entry, processing, execution, and follow-up across all sales channels.
Monitor and proactively manage daily order fulfillment to deliver measurable improvements in OTIF (On Time In Full), productivity, and operational costs.
Review and manage daily backorders for Distributors, Wholesalers, Central Accounts, and Hypermarkets, ensuring timely resolution and customer communication.
Oversee open orders and delivery status, coordinating closely with Sales, Logistics, and Customer Service to resolve issues and optimize order fulfillment.
Monitor order accuracy and data quality, ensuring efficient truck utilization and adjusting customer orders when required in alignment with customer needs and operational constraints.
Provide daily Supply Chain reporting on order fulfillment performance, including delivered, outstanding, and cancelled/write-off orders, enabling informed decision-making for both Sales and Supply Chain teams.
Act as the key liaison between Sales and Supply Chain, providing full visibility of the order portfolio and ensuring proactive communication on supply, service, and delivery performance.
Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance order management efficiency, customer service levels, and supply chain performance.
KPIs: Service level (Volume Fil & On Time-In Full), Days on hand (DOH), Track fill rate, Logistics CPU per customer
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in Supply Chain, Customer Service, Order Management, or a similar customer-facing operational role.
Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong customer-centric mindset and a collaborative approach to achieving business objectives.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail and data accuracy.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and communicate confidently with peers and management.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong overall PC literacy.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Working knowledge of SAP (ERP systems experience is considered an advantage).
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high levels of accuracy and service quality.
Continuous improvement mindset with a willingness to identify and implement process enhancements.
