Responsibilities
• Plan inventories and schedule replenishment shipments for the regional distribution centers
• Ensure stock availability with shelf life requirement based on safety stock parameters
• Maintain distribution records and monitor pending shipments
• Monitor customer specific portfolio
• Ensure service levels are met and contribute to root cause analysis of out of stock situations
• Obsoletes reduction & freshness monitoring
• Manage/Coordinate customer event or promotional activities in conjunction with Sales, Marketing, Demand & Supply Planning
• Create and drive the development of service level improvement initiatives – focus on delivering year on year improvement with direct impact in sales growth and customer satisfaction
• Perform analyses of the customers/RDC KPIs
• Propose cost reduction & productivities initiatives
Qualifications
• University degree
• Professional experience: minimum 3 years in supply chain
• Computer literate: Excel (advanced user), Word, Power Point
• Advanced knowledge of English language
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with several other functions: logistics, supply & demand planning, sales, finance
• Strong service orientation
• Problem solver
• Can do attitude
• Strong decision making
