- Διαχειρίζεσαι και ελέγχεις το επιχειρησιακό Demand Plan για Ελλάδα και Κύπρο, εξασφαλίζοντας ποιοτικό και διαφανές σήμα ζήτησης
- Οργανώνεις και συντονίζεις cross-functional inputs και forums ζήτησης μέσα στο πλαίσιο Integrated Business Planning (IBP)
- Οδηγείς συνεχή βελτίωση της ποιότητας πρόβλεψης, του σεναριολογικού σχεδιασμού και της ωριμότητας προγραμματισμού
- Ενεργοποιείς προληπτικές ενέργειες για κάλυψη κενών στη ζήτηση και υποστήριξη βιώσιμης ανάπτυξης
- Έχεις την τελική ευθύνη για το demand baseline, τις υποθέσεις και τις προσαρμογές σε κανάλια και πελάτες
- Εκτιμάς και επικοινωνείς δυνατά σημεία και περιορισμούς του σήματος ζήτησης στα ανώτατα στελέχη IBP
- Αμφισβητείς και προωθείς διορθωτικές ενέργειες για ανεπαρκείς προβλέψεις μέσω IBP governance
- Ηγείσαι των DMR (iSO&E) και Demand Control (DC, iSO&P) forums, διασφαλίζοντας ποιοτική συζήτηση και τεκμηριωμένες αποφάσεις
- Συνεργάζεσαι με Marketing, Finance, Commercial/Sales και Supply Planning για συλλογή πληροφοριών ως 24 μήνες μπροστά
- Μεταφράζεις πλάνα πωλήσεων, τιμολόγησης και καινοτομίας σε συνεκτικό σήμα ζήτησης
- Εξασφαλίζεις τη σωστή χρήση στατιστικής baseline πρόβλεψης και ερμηνείας αποτελεσμάτων μοντέλων
- Προωθείς τη χρήση του Blue Yonder για demand planning και βελτιώσεις
- Ηγείσαι και αναπτύσσεις την ομάδα Demand Planning για Ελλάδα και Κύπρο σε βραχυ- και μεσοπρόθεσμο ορίζοντα
- Παρακολουθείς και βελτιώνεις την απόδοση του demand planning με έμφαση στη μάθηση και τη συνεχή βελτίωση
- Λειτουργείς ως πρεσβευτής του Blue Yonder για την Ανατολική Ευρώπη, ορίζοντας πρότυπα και αναπτύσσοντας κοινότητες πρακτικής
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- Ικανότητες σε Demand Planning και Integrated Business Planning (IBP)
- Εξειδίκευση σε Forecasting Concepts και Statistical Baseline Forecasting
- Εμπειρία στη χρήση Blue Yonder για Demand Planning
- Ικανότητα σε Cross-functional Planning και Demand Control Forums (DCR, iSO&P)
- Επιχειρηματικό πνεύμα (Business Acumen) και Scenario Thinking
