Τι θα κάνεις
- Παραλαμβάνεις και αποθηκεύεις πρώτες ύλες και τελικά προϊόντα σύμφωνα με FEFO, τις απαιτήσεις αλλεργιογόνων και την ασφάλεια τροφίμων.
- Εκφορτώνεις πατάτες, τις αποθηκεύεις ανά παρτίδα και τροφοδοτείς τη γραμμή επεξεργασίας.
- Καταμετράς τα big bags ανά παρτίδα.
- Τροφοδοτείς την παραγωγή με πρώτες ύλες βάσει προγράμματος, BOM και FEFO.
- Εκτελείς εντολές WMS για παραγγελίες, αναπλήρωση, παραδόσεις και επιστροφές.
- Σαρώνεις κιβώτια κατά την παράδοσή τους στην ομάδα τροφοδοσίας παραγωγής.
- Αναπληρώνεις θέσεις συλλογής και μετακινείς παλέτες από και προς τις θέσεις αποθήκευσης.
- Οργανώνεις και αποθηκεύεις πλήρεις παλέτες που επιστρέφονται από την παραγωγή.
- Διασφαλίζεις τη σωστή φόρτιση των μπαταριών των κλαρκ.
- Αναφέρεις άμεσα ζημιές, δυσλειτουργίες, βλάβες εξοπλισμού, κινδύνους και περιστατικά.
- Τηρείς τις διαδικασίες υγείας, ασφάλειας, περιβάλλοντος και ασφάλειας τροφίμων.
- Συμμετέχεις σε δραστηριότητες και εκπαιδεύσεις HSE.
- Χρησιμοποιείς σωστά τον παρεχόμενο προστατευτικό εξοπλισμό και τα ΜΑΠ/PPE.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- Βασικές γνώσεις λειτουργίας αποθήκης και διαχείριση υλικών
- FEFO/FIFO και διαχείριση αλλεργιογόνων
- Σαρωτές RF, συστήματα barcode και WMS
- Φόρτωση και εκφόρτωση
- Ασφάλεια τροφίμων, υγεία και ασφάλεια στην εργασία, χρήση ΜΑΠ/PPE
- Προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια, διαχείριση χρόνου και ιεράρχηση προτεραιοτήτων
