In accordance with the requirements of the legislation/norms in the field of construction and the company's standards and within the limits of the specified budget, the Technical Investment Manager organizes and supervises the process of adaptation and endowment of PEPCO spaces, as well as prepares the projects for the development of the spaces..
Key Responsibilities
Plans and then designs the layout of the spaces according to the company's standards for approval by the Chief Investment Officer
Provides owners with PEPCO's "Performance Guide" for spaces and agrees on areas in terms of: space design and plumbing and electrical installations
Draw up sketches of the electrical and sanitary installations corresponding to the spaces for the owners
Ask design firms to prepare projects
Coordinates the industrial projects implemented by the design companies (sanitary, electrical, ventilation, heating)
Accepts projects prepared by design firms
Transmits the approved projects to the state administration authorities
Reimburses costs for design work
Visit the establishments to assess the technical condition
Monitor the progress of investors' activity
He/She is responsible for obtaining administrative decisions that allow construction work to be carried out and a store to be opened
Controls the compliance of the spaces with the provisions of the contract
Conduct a space inspection
Check the distribution of the installations on the premises (air conditioning, telecommunications, electrical connections, etc.).
Agree on delivery routes and the method of waste disposal within the premises
Negotiate or participate in the negotiation of the conditions of collaboration with suppliers
Order construction materials and equipment (air conditioning, sound, lighting, etc.)
We are looking for a professional who possesses:
Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
Over 3 years of experience - Versatile professional experience related to construction and investment processes - preferably retail experience
Strong understanding of construction processes, project lifecycle, and technical standards
Experience in project evaluation, budgeting, and cost control
Ability to analyze technical data and translate it into actionable insights
Technical Competencies
Knowledge of legal regulations (Civil Code, legislation and standards in the field of construction, lease agreements, investment supervision)
Knowledge of the local real estate market and the construction sector (cost of construction materials, market of service providers)
Knowledge of real estate management, construction processes, estimating investment expenses
Basic PC Literacy (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Specialized IT Programs – AutoCad
Building license issued by the local authority (good to have)
Leadership Competencies
Ability to take ownership of assigned tasks and deliver high-quality outputs
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills

Professional working proficiency in English (minimum B2 level), both written and spoke
