- Συντονίζεις την προετοιμασία συμβάσεων μίσθωσης και ελέγχεις την πληρότητά τους πριν από την υπογραφή.
- Προετοιμάζεις επιστολές, τροποποιήσεις, εταιρικές και τραπεζικές εγγυήσεις και παρατάσεις που σχετίζονται με μισθώσεις.
- Διασφαλίζεις την εφαρμογή των όρων των συμβάσεων μίσθωσης.
- Παρακολουθείς το κόστος που συνδέεται με τις συμβάσεις μίσθωσης.
- Επικοινωνείς με επιχειρηματικούς συνεργάτες και παρόχους υπηρεσιών.
- Προετοιμάζεις αναλύσεις, οικονομικές αναφορές, καταστάσεις και παρουσιάσεις για την παρακολούθηση και βελτίωση της διαδικασίας επέκτασης.

- Προετοιμασία παρουσιάσεων
- MS Office και MS Excel
- ERP systems, Διαπραγματεύσεις και Αγγλικά
