Τι θα κάνεις
- Υποδέχεσαι, ενημερώνεις και καθοδηγείς πελάτες για την καλύτερη επιλογή αγοράς
- Πραγματοποιείς πωλήσεις και παρέχεις εξυπηρέτηση μετά την πώληση
- Ελέγχεις και αναπληρώνεις το απόθεμα του καταστήματος όταν χρειάζεται
- Διεκπεραιώνεις παραγγελίες και παραλαμβάνεις προϊόντα
- Οργανώνεις την αποθήκη και τον κεντρικό χώρο του καταστήματος
- Παραλαμβάνεις και ελέγχεις παραγγελίες
- Χρησιμοποιείς ταμειακή μηχανή
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- Προσανατολισμός στην εξυπηρέτηση πελατών και καθοδήγηση πελατών
- Πωλήσεις και εξυπηρέτηση μετά την πώληση
- Έλεγχος και αναπλήρωση αποθέματος
- Διαχείριση παραγγελιών και οργάνωση αποθήκης
- Επικοινωνία και βασική γνώση αγγλικών
- Βασική γνώση Η/Υ και χρήση ταμειακής μηχανής
