Τι θα κάνεις
- Καταχωρίζεις σωστά τιμολόγια προμηθευτών στο ERP σύμφωνα με τα τοπικά και διεθνή λογιστικά πρότυπα.
- Εκτελείς συμφωνίες λογαριασμών γενικής λογιστικής και πραγματοποιείς διορθώσεις.
- Συμφωνείς τα υπόλοιπα πελατών και προμηθευτών.
- Επεξεργάζεσαι έγκαιρα και με ακρίβεια πληρωμές και οικονομικά έγγραφα, όπως τιμολόγια, καταστάσεις και παραστατικά.
- Συμβάλλεις στην κατάρτιση ετήσιων προϋπολογισμών και προβλέψεων ταμειακών ροών.
- Εκτελείς άλλα συναφή καθήκοντα που σου ανατίθενται.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- Βασικές λογιστικές αρχές και τοπικά λογιστικά πρότυπα
- Διεθνή λογιστικά πρότυπα και ERP software
- Microsoft Excel και MS Office
- Επεξεργασία τιμολογίων, πληρωμών και οικονομικών εγγράφων
- Συμφωνία γενικής λογιστικής και υπολοίπων πελατών-προμηθευτών
- Κατάρτιση προϋπολογισμού, προβλέψεις ταμειακών ροών και Αγγλικά
- Χρηματοοικονομικά / Λογιστική / Οποιοδήποτε Πεδίοκατά προτίμηση
