The Sales Representative - Renovation is responsible for driving growth in the modernization and renovation business, ensuring elevators receive a second service life that benefits both the customer and Otis. This role focuses on identifying upgrade opportunities, delivering tailored modernization solutions, and enhancing safety, reliability, and performance. By partnering closely with customers and internal teams, the Sales Representative ensures sustainable business development and strengthens long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage customers proactively to create awareness and highlight the benefits of elevator renovation.

  • Present tailored Otis solutions, identifying customer-specific needs and delivering value-driven proposals.

  • Prepare accurate configurations, pricing, and quotations for the full and partial range of Otis renovation products.

  • Independently negotiate and close deals, ensuring compliance with company policies.

  • Manage the entire sales pipeline, from lead generation (upper funnel) to deal closure (lower funnel).

  • Plan and forecast orders on an annual, quarterly, and monthly basis to meet business targets.

  • Provide reliable loss reporting and maintain transparency in sales performance.

  • Collaborate closely with sales support and delivery teams to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.

  • Work in cross-functional teams for complex bids and RFQs, ensuring competitive and compliant proposals.

  • Act as a role model for Otis Absolutes, demonstrating integrity and commitment in all decisions and daily activities.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Fluency in Greek and English (additional languages are a plus).

  • Previous experience in B2B sales, preferably in technical or industrial environments.

  • Strong commercial acumen with a proven ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.

  • Customer-centric approach, ensuring tailored solutions and exceptional service.

  • ​Advanced negotiation and closing skills, ensuring successful deal execution.

  • Results-driven mindset, focused on achieving and exceeding sales targets.

  • High interest and understanding of technical products, ideally within capital goods or industrial sectors.

  • Ability to manage long-cycle sales processes, including complex renovation projects and high-value deals.

  • Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office tools, with strong organizational and planning capabilities.

  • Analytical skills to interpret data, forecast sales, and manage pipeline effectively.
