As a Service Sales Representative at Otis, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by managing existing customer relationships, acquiring new clients, and promoting modernization and repair solutions. This is a dynamic, customer-facing role that combines strategic sales planning with hands-on relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Portfolio Management: Maintain and grow a portfolio of elevator and escalator service contracts by fostering strong, long-term relationships with existing customers.

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our service portfolio, actively promoting Otis’ service and modernization offerings.

  • Customer Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.

  • Sales Execution: Drive sales of modernization and repair solutions through proactive networking, participation in bids and tenders, and strategic outreach.

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a personal sales strategy to meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring profitability.

  • Sales Tools & Reporting: Utilize Otis’ sales platforms to manage your pipeline, track opportunities, and forecast results accurately.

  • Negotiation & Closing: Lead sales negotiations, close deals, and ensure timely payment collection.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow sales representatives and field teams to deliver seamless customer service and operational excellence.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.

  • 2–3 years of experience in consultative sales of technical products or services.

  • Strong customer orientation with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • High level of commitment, reliability, and a results-driven mindset.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex corporate environment.

  • Fluent in Greek and proficient in English.
