sports content coordinator

OpenBet are looking for a Sports Content Coordinator for its leading Managed Trading Operations as it is growing in the Athens office. You will be responsible for adding competitions in various Sports through multiple feeds according to Regulatory Restrictions and Operator’s requests.

What you’ll be doing

• Responsible for adding Sports content across operators- Pre and In Play for multiple sports and betting environments
• Responsible for identifying issues per operator’s Front End
• Responsible to make sure that added content is visible in Front End
• Excel on ‘day to day’ operations of the team
• Deliver personal KPI's and ensuring performance is in line with overall company targets
• Communication with 3rd Party Providers
• Reporting incidents caused by 3rd Party Providers 
• Ensure all deadlines are met
• Work closely with the Product Management team to influence and discuss new features

What you’ll bring

• Previous experience in similar roles of 2+ years  
• University Degree in Mathematics, Statistics or a related field will be considered as a plus
• English Language Degree
• Very good understanding and familiarity with the sports betting business (bookmakers, markets, rules, betting trends)
• Ability to act accurately under pressure
• Great attention to detail with the aim to provide quality results in a short time
• Confident to make quality decisions under pressure
• Computer literacy within depth knowledge of MS Office
• Very good written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to work flexible hours in line with the needs of the business and the sporting calendar (24/7/365)
