billing & collections analyst

The Billing & Collections Analyst is responsible for end-to-end billing and collections management, focusing on maintaining accurate financial records, reducing aged debt, and ensuring timely cash flow. The position involves managing dedicated client accounts, resolving billing discrepancies, and collaborating with internal teams to gather and process billing data.

• Action collection strategies to mitigate aged debt
• Maintain accurate billing records
• Own Dedicated clientele and Process monthly invoices accurately and efficiently
• Enters, reviews, and completes monthly billing cycle, coding, and account information
• Resolve customer queries
• Ensure account change requests are communicated clearly and promptly to the Master Data Team
• Maintain monthly transnational audit files.
• Liaise with Internal Teams such as Data Science and Commercial Teams to gather necessary billing information
• Prepare and analyze aging reports to identify delinquent accounts
• Complete month-end, quarter-end and year end closing activities
• Assist and support the Cash Apps Team with updates on resolution of billing discrepancies and misapplied cash transactions
• Prepare weekly statements and work closely with operators and commercial leads for cash collection purposes
• Support management with process improvement and changes and other tasks
• Maintain a reduced DSO for your accounts
• Achieve a monthly cash flow target
• Support with audit requests

The Player

• Degree in Finance, Accounting Business Administration or related field
• Strong Excel Skills
• Strong focus on customer satisfaction
• Demonstrate problem solving and analytical thinking skills
• Pride and ownership in your performance
• Excellent organizational skills
• Detail-oriented mindset with high accuracy in data entry and calculations
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
