associate sports content coordinator

An Associate Sports Content Coordinator is a junior professional responsible for assisting the Sports Content team in adding Competitions in various Sports through multiple feeds according to Regulatory Restrictions and Operator’s requests.

An Associate Sports Coordinator, is expected to have a good understanding of the Sports, and the Sports’ calendar as they will be asked to set up Sports and Competitions around it.

What you will be doing

• Assists in setting up the Sports content (eg Sports, competitions, betting opportunities) per operator- Pre and In Play for multiple sports and betting environments with close supervision

• Identifies issues per operator’s Front End, flags them to senior members of the team and assists in the actions needed for the content to be properly displayed.

• Communicates with 3rd Party Providers, aligns their offering with Openbet’s strategy and customers’ needs and reports incidents caused by 3rd Party Providers

• Assists on meeting all deadlines set by management, eg new clients launch and existing customers offering amendments

• Reports incidents caused by 3rd Party Providers and communicates with them to try to find a solution, which they will discuss with the senior members of the team before implementation

The Player

• Previous experience in similar roles will be considered a plus

• University Degree in Mathematics, Statistics or a related field will be considered as a plus

• Ability to act accurately under pressure

• Great attention to detail with the aim to provide quality results in a short time

• Confident to make quality decisions under pressure

• Computer literacy with in-depth knowledge of MS Office Very good written and verbal communication skills in English

• Ability to work flexible hours in line with the needs of the business and the sporting
